The TopCat approach is to be open to ideas but mindful of the needs of our Stakeholder Partners. From our in-house knowledge and expertise, we have decided to take a pragmatic approach to technology platforms and use well established methods to drive our Stakeholders’ and TopCat’s success. Thus, TopCat will primarily develop products based round the Enzyme Linked Immunoassay (ELISA) and Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) platforms. The initial focus will be on the ELISA products as these are, in TopCat’s opinion, quicker to develop.
The overall vision is to create screening assays on the ELISA platform and then use PCR or IMMUNO-PCR to develop confirmatory tests, in the relevant market sectors. However, our research, as with all our efforts, is driven by our Stakeholders and Stakeholder Partners so we are looking forward to your thoughts on our strategy.
